Executive Chef Mike

We ordered Chef Mikes sliced leg of lamb today for Easter, and it was absolutely delicious. My family loved it! Looking forward to using Chef Mike for future occasions

We had Mike cater Easter for us: Prime Rib, Lasagna, Pizza rustica, stuffed mushrooms, and a couple of sides. I will probably never go back to the usual restaurant/pizzeria caterers. Everything was excellent and even tasted great when we had to reheat due to some late arrivals. The prime rib was tender, pizza rustica was flaky with perfect amount of cold cuts and cheese, stuffed mushrooms delicious. I cant say enough positive things. Not to mention the punctual delivery and good communication. I was really pleasantly surprised by everything.

Ordered a pizza rustica from Chef Mike. Probably the best I have ever eaten. I highly recommend ordering from him for any occasion!!!

First time ordering Chef Mikes food.he came highly recommended so my expectations were high..all I can say is that the food beat my lofty expectations. The lasagna was cooked perfectly and the chicken francese was extremely tender and cooked perfectly. All round fantastic!

Mike was a fantastic chef! Him and his staff were so efficient! Like a well oiled machine! My kitchen was spotless after they left and the food was absolutely delicious!
