I checked the audio recording and you called in regarding a 2007 Hyundai Santa Fe. When you explained there was no catalytic converter the operator said there was nothing much they can do with it other than scrapping it as it cannot pas NYS inspection. When you were told this you told our employee you were offered $500 for the vehicle by another company. The employee was polite and recommended you take that $500 offer with the other company in that without a catalytic converter there is not much that can be done with the car. Please feel free to call back the number provided on your voicemail to discuss any concerns you might have. I can also understand your frustration that most companies do not want or can offer much for a 17 year old Hyundai without a catalytic converter so with that being said, please consider revising or removing the review.
