This review is my honest opinion of Platinum Renovation Services. I used them in January of 2024. I needed a home renovation contractor because I live on the 300 Block of Maguire Ave across the street from Bloomingdale Park where when we get a heavy rain it starts to flood.
I called Platinum Renovation Services and spoke with Artie about installing Dry wall in my basement bathroom. Artie was able to recommend the correct thickness of drywall for my basement bathroom which is 5/8-inch because it provides improved moister resistance drywall and he also professionally install it. I like to listen to music while I'm in the bathroom so Artie said the 5/8 Drywall will also provide sound proofing through out my house.
I have used other contractors on Staten Island but I decided to use Artie from Platinum Renovation because of his 30 years of expertise in Drywall installation and winning the Best of Houzz awards in 2022 and 2023

Taking over my attic and basement was a bit overwhelming at first. The attic was a dusty wasteland, and the basement was basically a cluttered storage room. I envisioned a cool home office/movie room combo for the attic, while the basement needed a complete overhaul to become my dedicated T-shirt printing headquarters.
For the attic, Artie recommended recessed lighting to keep things bright and cheerful for work sessions. Soundproofing the walls and ceiling was crucial to avoid any late-night movie rumbles disturbing the rest of the house. To add a touch of class, we went with built-in bookshelves and cabinets made from real wood, topped with sleek granite countertops for my workspace. And let's not forget the movie magic! We installed a projector screen and surround sound instant home theater, baby!
The basement renovation revolved around creating the perfect zone for my T-shirt printing business. Artie ensured proper ventilation was installed to handle any fumes from the printing process. We opted for epoxy floor coating because it's super durable and easy to clean perfect for any spills or messy projects that come with the territory. Platinum Renovation Services also installed heavy-duty shelving and strong workbenches to hold all my equipment and supplies. Plus, they helped design a layout that maximizes space and keeps my workflow smooth.
Platinum Renovation Services' commitment to quality work and clear communication took a huge weight off my shoulders. I could finally focus on the exciting part visualizing my dream spaces coming to life! I can now enjoy a movie while sitting in my office and as for my basement I have my niece and nephews working there as they pleased.

Just wanted to say a big thanks to Artie's team for the fantastic job they did on my bathroom in Port Richmond. They were great to work with - really friendly and they did everything just how I wanted. My spa bathroom looks amazing now. They were neat and quick too. Totally recommend them if you need a bathroom makeover. Great job, guys!

My deck was in horrible condition and I reached out to multiple companies to get a quote. Ultimately ended up hiring Platnium for the job and couldnt be happier. They did a great job and my neighbors are impressed as well. Would highly recommend Platnium for deck services.

Our experience with Platinum Renovation Services was fantastic. We wanted a complete bathroom makeover with new tiles, fixtures, and a bathtub refinish. The team was professional, punctual, and the end result is stunning. We love our new bathroom, and we highly recommend them!
