The most amazing customer service you can even imagine. The banker Medina is the best! This young lady is so smart and highly professional! She just helped me yesterday and resolved all my situation what I cant really resolved for a years. She was taking all my questions and citations as her personal. And she spending hours with me. We start at the morning and then I have to leave to pick up my kids. When I came back she counted to work with my situation. She made a lot of calls for me and when the work was successfully done it was already after 6 pm. She didnt really care that the branch already closed. Her goal was to help me resolve my problem and got her customer satisfied. Madina, knows really good what she is doing. She is so smart! I was really impressed! Thank you very much again for this amazing opportunity to find the right person in this branch.

Horrible customer service. I went there last week for customer service to renew a CD and the two women there told me they were going to lunch and I had to make an appointment and come back at a later date. Since when does a valued customer have to have an appointment to see a bank represntative? For a financial advisor,yes.However,never for a bank customer for a retail banking issue! Furthermore,both women are going to lunch at the same time and there is no one in the bank to cover them? I found that outrageous and quickly became petulant and irate and am seriously considering taking my business elsewhere after this!

Plenty of parking. Never a wait. Staff is very accommodating. Convenient drive thru if u prefer. Great hours.

I hate this glitchy slow atms. The branch itself is not overcrowded at all. There is a drive through, make sure you use the right entrance because the Plaza is one way counter clockwise. I prefer to park by the smashburger.
