        The ATMs never work . Its either they dont give cash they dont take cash deposits etc, also to have only 1 ATM outside and 1 in the lobby in such a busy shopping plaza is ridiculous.

        Even a star that branch doesn't deserve!!!!!! very rude people. No respect at all. I went there to get a money order for my dad (he has an account with them), the money was with me in cash, they still refused to give me a money order!! the man there (Elden) has the audacity to insinuate that I am going to steal the money order!!! the level of stupidity is unbelievable! the money was already with me in cash! I came for the money order because my dad is 73 years old is sick and doesnt see the importance to come himself to the bank for a money order! I went to USPS and got it in 1 minutes. The bank is supposed to make their clients life easier NOT difficult. Never again I am stepping in to that rude bank and NEVER in my life i will have an account with those disrespectful unprofessional people.
