The dispatcher is very rude. They never answer the phone. The music just plays repeatedly with nobody answering for hours They left me waiting for at least two hours numerous times They have multiple no-shows when appointments were made a week ahead of time and my appointments were at 8:15 in the morning. Im sitting here still at 10 oclock waiting for them, super unprofessional horrible service definitely dont recommend this cab to anybody especially all my cabs are all medicals. Ive been late multiple times Ive missed numerous appointments behind this cab company and they lie about being at your location when they never showed up horrible horrible service

Car 52 is Frank and he is absolutely a stand up guy and I enjoy his company every time not a single bad review. I would recommend him every time

I work at an Assisted Living Facility. Today one of our residents was transported back from an admittance to a hospital. She is frail, has dementia, and was in her pajamas. She was left in a metal chair outside our front door, while the transportation drove away. Luckily we spotted her out there... she needed help getting in to us because she normally uses a rollator. I would never leave an elderly dementia patient outside in the cold, confused and unable to walk. I am appalled at the service. Do you want that to happen to your mother? Terrible service.

Unsafe practice/service. They left me and newborn out in cold waiting for ride back home. If insurance offers transportation take another option. They don't care if you get hurt or die.
