McDonald's

Food was good and fries werent cold. Usually its not pack but after school line can get ridiculous. Got a bit of mix employee attitude but for most part theyre good.

To begin, this rating is compared to other McDonald's only. I've only been to one McDonald's that was worse and it wasn't a corporate owned franchisee. I've visited McDonald's at this location numerous times due to convenience. There is one entrance into the parking lot, which is shown in one of the pictures. However, vehicles enter through the exit lane which causes a merge and gridlock. Past the gridlock is where you need to park for mobile orders curbside pickup, which can take several minutes to get to the spot itself. For curbside pickup, as with all McDonald's currently, the wait is awful. You will get your food in a jiffy if you pick up inside or via drive thru. All McDonald's get a thumbs down for their curbside. The food taste is standard as all corporate McDonald's get their food via HQ. I'm really not sure what happened to the big mac I have pictured. No matter whose fault it was, it just seems to be par for the course here. In the other photo you can see missing cheese. Also, this order placed via mobile app was to dine in, however they gave it to me in a to go bag. The bathrooms are locked which tells me that they get some shady people in there. The lobby is hit or miss being clean. I had an instance with an order and requested a refund from the manager who declined and said she couldn't do it bc it was the mobile app. After telling her I'll wait until she figures it out while at the drive thru window, she magically figured it out. The glass doors to enter the lobby were also filthy. For McDonald's standards, this place gets a thumbs down. The worst part about all this is, I'll be back.

you should definitely update your hours claiming your 24hrs when in fact your not. I've come twice around 4am cause I work at JFK airport and its the only place thats "open 24hrs". please update your hour from 5am cause thats when it opens they open till the time ya close.

They closed out the dining area even to vaccinated customers, I set down to have breakfast because I didn't want to eat in my car. I was told by workers to have some common sense and look at the entrance to the dining area was barricade. I show them my proof of vaccination and asked them to show me McDonald's writed policy, which they refused. So keep eating my breakfast witch I paid for and ignored them . But I will not go there again.
