Poor customer.service. They dont deserve a star, but could not leave my review without selecting one. They never keep their word. I have so many issues with my pool, and they never ever address them. My pool liner is wrinkled and puckered. The coping around the pool is of poor quality they were to come and fix it, but that never happened.. There are highs and lows on the coping,, trip hazards, grout lines are horrible. There are gaps between the coping and the top of the liner, never came to fix that either. This is my 3rd season with this pool and still no CO. They came to close my pool, in 2021, I was supposed to get the winter cover that anchors through the patio, they closed it with a cover that is weighed down with water tubes unacceptable, my pool is 16x32 spent 43000.00. That was a major dispute, but they finally brought the correct cover. If I knew this company was going to be so terrible to deal with I would have gone with another company for 47,000.00. I have made numerous phone calls, text messages to Carlos snd Jonathan, not to mention all the calls and messages left at the office, no reply from them. They got there money, now I'm just sitting on a terribly built pool. If I knew then what I know now, I wouldnt even allow them to install a 1 foot deep plastic baby pool in
my yard. So if your in the market for a beautiful pool go somewhere else, stay far away from Premiere Pools & Spas of The Hamptons, located at 5 Windermere Court, Speonk NY.
