        UPDATE: 2/29/24 THEY REMOVED YES!!! GOOD BYE HAEFELE CABLE! I will be working hard on social media to get others to drop it. They want to make more money at our expense? Pay Yes you cheap #$" !! Awful business hope you lose $$$$.....Ted H

        When we first got it, we had phone and internet bundled. We then decided to "upgrade" to no phone, "better" internet speeds. So far, it's spotty at best, frustrating since this is a household of gamers. We have contacted them and they swapped the modem out, saying there was no "record" of any issue, trying to blame the wifi (we are all connected via ethernet cables), and what not. It started when we changed packages. Slow speeds, dropped service, you name it. Looking for another provider now.
