Oh, the joys of homeownership! I was having a septic emergency and called the first three local septic services in my area with the highest reviews. All of my calls went to voicemail (and only only one of the services called me back). So I took a shot on a company that wasnt as close by as the others, with a only few high reviews. The woman who answered my call (Robin) was as nice as could be and very honest about what I should expect. She was able to send someone out right away. And the technician (Rob) was just as nice as she was, if you can believe it. And also, very honest and informative. My experience with SFS so far - real people, solid communication, reasonable prices, and absolutely dependable service. I would highly recommend them to anyone!

Nothing but great things to say about John and his guys! They REALLY know how to do their job, professional, polite, on time and reasonable prices. Its hard to find contractors these days that really take the time to go above and beyond just the job theyre there to do, and that Southfork Septic Services!
