My experience with Anton is amazing! He is the expert in everything related to the house. I no longer worry about home-related problems. He will fix it by himself or find the best person to fit your needs! He saved us so much time and money for us. He is now our property manager and we did so many projects together our home looks as I envisioned! He is a good handyman, project manager, and property manager!

Anton is very professional, experienced and handles all matters in a timely and efficient manner. Hes saved us plenty of time and money through his connections and expertise and handles smaller projects himself without hesitation.

I have been working with Anton, the owner of Home Island, for 2 years now and he is simply amazing. He is always available and willing to drop everything when you have an emergency. He is incredibly knowledgable and is very good about keeping contractors (landscapers, pool companies, electricians, etc) honest and making sure they charge reasonable rates. To that point, Anton has a lot of contractors in his network and they always do a great job for a lot less money than the big companies out here in the Hamptons. Anton is an incredible problem solver as well - whenever there is an issue with the house, he does his research to find best and most cost effective solution. Most of all Anton is incredibly reliable. If you ask him to do something, he does it. If you need him to show up at a certain time, he will be there. He is very organized as well. Lastly, Anton is just a nice guy and someone we have grown to consider a friend. You will not find a better house manager than Anton and his Home Island company.

Anton is the ultimate professional and I hold him in the highest esteem. I'd give him six stars if I could! We moved to the Hamptons a year ago and initially hired Anton to build furniture. He quickly won our trust and is now our property manager year-round. Anton is conscientious about his work and managed and delivered the best team for our recent bathroom renovation, pool repairs, landscaping and so much more! He is extremely bright, organized, dependable and has an impeccable work ethic.

We have been Hamptons residents since 2015; initially on weekends and holidays, then full time since early 2020. Over the years we have dealt with numerous local contractors for different services, including home care and maintenance. After a number of unsatisfactory and often frustrating experiences, we made the decision to work with Home Island Inc., based on a friend's recommendation. The quality of service provided by Anton has exceeded our expectations in every dimension. Anton visits our property on a regular basis and, on each visit, spends a lot of time reviewing all aspects of the house. He checks all equipment, troubleshoots potential problems and provides us with a detailed review of anything that requires attention. When problems arise (and they inevitably do, often at the worst times) Anton is always available and prompt to respond. He is extremely thorough when reviewing the issue at end and, if needed, has access to an extensive list of trusted resources. Every time we have had an issue to deal with, Anton has proved to be a trustworthy, honest and extremely prompt manager of our property. Anton is constantly eager to prove that he is the best at what he does and, in our opinion, he really is. For this reason, we strongly endorse his business, without any reservation.
