        Water main broke. They never showed for the emergency call and then missed the appointment. Due to me thinking they were coming I never called anyone else. In the end it took 15 hours for the professional people I finally called to get here. A foot of water in my basement with a bill for professional water clean up, not to mention my property being destroyed is the service this company provided to me. I would say steer clear but they do that for you. Services: Plumbing leak repair, Plumbing pipe repair

        They installed a well pump 1.5 years ago and are now refusing to service it or make good on the warranty even though we have no water. Management will not get on the phone, simply office staff relay messages. Horrible company. Service: Plumbing pipe repair
