I would give 0 stars if I could. We made a one-night reservation and came here with my husband. We were going to check-in, but the manager Denise was very rude and she had very disrespectful attitude towards us. Overall we felt it was not a safe place to spend the night and canceled our reservation. I can't believe that someone who doesn't even know how to communicate with people is a hotel manager in an area like the Hamptons. I never recommend this hotel.

I planned on staying one night but ended up staying an additional night. I really liked this place and the staff working here were very kind and helpful. The room was clean and comfortable and parking was easy. I would like to come back in the summer to use the pool. Bbqs are available on the patio as well and there is a large green lawn area. Its a smaller property but I appreciated that. A quick drive to the beach and town and during the summer you could easily ride a bike to the beach.

The room was clean and staff was very friendly. There are snacks and fruits you can grab from the checkin building which is nice. The room also has microwave and fridge which is definitely a plus. The room looks new from the surface, but you can tell the facility underneath has seen better days. Our shower was clogged so it was like a tiny pool when we wash. Had to wash our feet separately. The toilet seat was also broken. Considering the price here, it could be better maintained.

Great spot to stay in out in South Hampton. Daily parking pass for the beaches is an amazing amenity. We will be back.
