Thank you everyone at Kathy Kuo Home!. I chose to order my furniture from Kathy Kuo Home rather than all the other online companies because they had a store, a beautiful store with onsite designers, sales and customer service. Even though we handled most of the ordering online I knew there were real people behind the ordering and I could stop by the store any time I felt the need to. I even got to meet the amazing Kathy on one visit to the store!! Buying furniture and working with the team has been a dream! I have been working with Emma from their design team who immediately understood the style and look I was going for and came up with the most beautiful designs. It's difficult ordering items online and hoping the colors will work in person. However, when there was an issue on an item not quite looking in person as it did on the website, the customer service people jumped on it and resolved it seamlessly. I am so appreciative of the quick responsiveness I have experienced and the caliber of the furniture they sell has been of the highest quality. The team goes above and beyond - I cannot say enough positive things about the Kathy Kuo team.

This store is absolutely exquisite and the staff is so friendly and helpful. The artwork was especially beautiful and I loved the quick gift options. Ill definitely be back to work with their design team!

Wonderful shop! On a recent visit, Samatha was instrumental in finding just the right decorative pillows for our bedroom.
