I sought Mr. Morgans counsel on preparing a will and a living trust. He thoroughly explained what should and should not be put in a will and what should not be put into a living trust as well. I had no questions left and we proceeded with signing a retainer and going through the checklist once again. He called me shortly to come in and sign the finalized document.
