Oh this place is amazing Rajj is a great dude his prices are a total great rate due to our phone being misplaced this guy came through for me and we were able to purchase a new item for lesser value plus we got a month free with that new Disney place app a new cool accessories we loved it there me and Juggs daughter are definitely coming back there thanks

Horrible unprofessional service I went in to get my iPhone 11 screen repaired there was no pre-existing problems with my phone only the crack after going and getting a replacement from them my phone started to glitch and I received a notification by apple that there was a non genuine part in my phone and that the installation was incorrect or incomplete only after an hour of leaving I called back and told them about my issue and they said to come in tomorrow so that they could fix it I came back the next day the replaced the screen again and I was told that the screen they put on wasnt great .then why would they put a bad screen onto my device? I left and had to call apple care to ask if anything was wrong with my phone I was told that there was a problem with my display it was either incorrectly installed and the display isnt functioning properly and the piece is non genuine after coming back a third time twice in the same day i showed them the message that it said the part was non genuine and they told me that even if I went and got it replaced by apple that it would still say that (after speaking to an apple care worker I found out that what I was told by them was incorrect) the technician pulled out a new iPhone 11 and told me he would take the screen from the new iPhone 11 he had and put it on mine and I had to pay 67 dollars more after that I went home and I had more problems and called back I asked for a full refund and my old screen back( which I was told was thrown out after my first visit ) after calling apple back again and they ran a full diagnostic on my phone and the results came as the new phone screen was either incorrectly installed and the display isnt functioning properly and the piece is non genuine I called back and told them what apple had told me and they said that they would give me a full refund and they would put back the old cracked screen on my phone when I arrived the man who I was mainly talking with was there and he called the technician the technician then asked me what was wrong and I explained and then his other coworkers came out and stood behind him and was smirking laughing at me as if I was just this immature child complaining and crying for a refund I shouldve known this place was a scam when I was consulted on what exactly was being placed in to my phone and which parts they were taking out never again going to a place outside of apple.
