Very happy that I worked with John! He installed a few lights in my basement along with moving my dryer, vent, and power supply. He was very responsive and started the work quickly! Id be happy to recommend him for future projects!

I wholeheartedly recommend Jonathan for any and all home repairs. His job was superb, and he applied caulk and primer carefully. He responds to mails promptly and professionally, and provides extremely clear explanations.

Simple repairs but needed work on closet doors and screen door. Very professional, timely. Completed most work but Needed to come back. After initial consult deposit that is credited to total job if hired, would not take final payment until job completed. Would definitely hire again !!

JMB Construction and Rodent Control completely and thoroughly destroyed any trace of mouse and rodent activity in my house. I called John, the owner, for an estimate and he replied quickly to my call with estimates and immediate times he could meet me. I never even needed to go somewhere else because I received a quote (same day!) and his pricing was accommodating and fair. I knew John could get the job done. His level of expertise and efficiency are top notch. Hes professional, prompt, and worked around my busy schedule to accommodate my needs. Ive hired other exterminators in the past, and always, the mice came back. John got to the root of the problem, and no mice are to be found! Having a rodent problem is VERY distressing; you are desperate to fix it, but dont know where to turn. You need someone you can trust, whos fair, fast and most importantly, an expert in his field. I highly recommend JMB Construction and Rodent Control 100 %!!

The gentleman called due to squirrels in the attic. He demanded we show up and fix the problem right away, I responded with we will show up within the hour and he got very upset, said a few bad words and hung up. We have never work for this gentleman and hope he find the company best to fit his needs.
