Tom was very professional and informative, making sure we learned all the new information that was updated to rescue an adult, child or infant. He welcomed questions and made sure we were all comfortable as we performed each CPR and choking exercise. Thank you for a great experience!

Tom was an excellent instructor. He was interactive with the class and actually made you want to listen! I'd highly recommend this training center for any other nurses needing to renew.

Yesterday I attended the BLS cpr class for the very first time. I thought it was going to be just like any other long class or certification I had to get before and that the class was really just going to drag and be so boring. The instructor tom was very sweet and really made the class enjoyable! The way he teachers actually made me want to learn and actually pay attention!! The class went by super quick due to how he teachers and how he makes it very entertaining ! He was able to show me the correct way to do the things I was doing incorrectly and didn't make me feel bad or embarrassed about it in any type of way!! Overall such a sweet and welcome instructor and staff as well. For now on I will be coming here whenever I have to get mine renewed !! Also received the certification shortly after I got home which was nice!! I highly recommend this place and tom as well lol!!
