Exit Realty Achieve has been one of the better decisions I have made in my professional career. When I was getting my RE license I wasn't sure where to go and who to sign up with, interviewed with a few places and quickly realized Exit was the right place.
The energy and presence of agents in the office was head and shoulders above the rest. This was huge for me starting out as I needed people to bounce issues off of and get some other perspective from seasoned agents.
Really a great place that looks to see all their agents get what they need to be successful. Our broker is available for every agent with questions, weekends, nights, etc (feel like it is 24x7 availability. Can't say enough how happy I am to have found this office and call it home for last 5 years.
