    This happened during a weekend of March of 2022. Thought I would comment on my experience as I will never use this car service again as they are unprofessional. Last minute, I needed a ride to the airport as the usual airport car service I use was booked. Called on Wednesday for a Friday morning flight with the returning flight that Sunday to LGA. Gave all flight details including return flight number and time of arrival as agreement was for drop off and pickup. For the Friday flight, driver was punctual, ride was fine, car was very fragrant with some sort of fresh scent which was not very appealing. Driver didnt say a word or attempt casual conversation which I was fine with as I dont particularly love small talk. Gave me a card at the end of the ride and explicitly told me to make sure my phone was off airplane mode once I arrived so we could communicate about where we would meet for pickup. This leads me to the return trip. I messaged the company when the flight landed and arrived at the gate. This was received via iMessage. I called shortly thereafter and any call I made went straight to voicemail. I did not receive a response to my texts or multiple calls/voicemails (and still havent). After the initial iMessage any message thereafter was sent via text and not iMessage. This leaves me to believe the companys owner blocked my number on what I assume is a cell phone he uses for company business after he received the initial message. Ultimately, I believe the owner had no intention of picking me up from the airport. Ended up using Uber to get home which ended up being $30 above what a car service would cost (minus tip). Will never use again. Service is unprofessional. Going to file complaint with BBB.

    We have used this company and been pleased with the service in the past. Never again. Scheduled an 8 pm pickup from Huntington to JFK last Friday. At 8:05 I called the company to ask where the car was? As always they responded promptly and said they would call right back. Instead the driver called about 10 minutes later saying he is en route. I had to pry to learn her was on the expressway at Glen cove road. That was never going to work and I told him to not bother. We jumped in the car to drive ourselves. From that point forward the company did/would not take our phone calls despite having a scheduled pickup when we got back. I cannot understand why a company we had previously been satisfied with would cease communicating altogether. Cost us a fortune and much stress. Shame. Shame.
