I do not think enough can be said for the Navigator team. Early, late, weekends, etc. Sal is simply the BEST!! My auto was up for a renewal, I saw the rate, which was up 12% from the last renewal. Nothing had changed in our MVR or claims submitted. I emailed Sal Saturday morning, I did not expect to hear back from him until the beginning of the week. It wasn't a serious issue since we were a month out, but BAM, Sal works weekend. Came up with a terrific quote for me, probably one of the best I have had in years. Sal & Co. all go out of their way for their customers. I recommend him to all of my friends, family and co-workers. Simply the best!!

I have been doing business with Salvatore and his team for nearly five years when another firm opted to no longer keep doing business with me. All I have is positive things to say. From securing the best rates possible to elite customer service. I typically wouldnt make recommendations to family and friends, because I feel that recommendations are a reflection of me. If their experience is poor, its because of me. That is not the case here. I would without reservation recommend working with Salvatore. He checks in periodically on my different policies and is always working (even to answer silly concerns while on vacation). This is the type of someone you want working for you.
