        Dr Forbes & her assistant were a very good team in giving me a great experience . I had some circumstances going into this and wasn't happy and was under pressure to get process completed. They were held up due to insurance red tape and they were further than I wanted to drive being closer location couldn't help me. Once insurance was completed, Dr Forbes called me back and was happy insurance covered hearing aid I needed,she was so cheerful on the phone to give me the news. Once I came back she showed me how to use my new hearing aid and her assistant as well as receptionist all were welcoming . I highly recommend to go here.

        Went for a hearing test explained the issue on the phone and to the dr - was told hearing is fine. Did not solve the problem with no avenue to move forward.
