It's sucks that only 1 person is there to help 20 people. Takes forever. I request the department to hire more people to help at the desk. 1 person is not enough

I went to the office today to ask information about electrical licensing. I watched Brianna display excellent customer service to each person that went up to the counter. And when it was my turn, it was no different. In answering my question she went above and beyond, not just yes and no answers. Thank You Brianna you are the best!

Its sad that this agency is supposed to Protect consumers from unlicensed unskilled contractors but is failing miserably. There are multiple bathtub reglazing companies who are unlicensed fly by nights advertising on google search results that have no license or credentials doing shoddy work that fails almost immediately . No license checks are being performed in this day and age there should be a database of illegals to be fined for working without a license and listed to consumers to prevent damage to customers homes !

Stay away from all county paving industries out of Medford which is lie becauset office is actually located in mastic 1135 mountauk hwy suite 5.Took a job only for month later not show and when I called they try give me date for month later so from July to September and had my deposit so seeing how they didn't wont start sooner after a month I ask for deposit back.Thy stop answering my calls and I received deposit after they kept some of the money and told me that they didn't have to give anything back.I said before you took 300 out of my deposit why not give me choice to except the date that was two month after we started contract even though I wasn't happy I didn't wont loose 300 dollors because they play games because they know folks are going get upset,so seems like hustle.STAY AWAY
