Within the minute we walked in, we were asked for what we needed and had a banker help us. Shaheera was very helpful and kind. I will be coming to this branch for all my banking needs.

In truth, Ive only been to this location once had no problems. Service was fine.

I went to the bank today to get a paper notarized and yes I have multiple accounts there. There were no other customers in the bank and 4 employees at desks and 2 employees at the window all doing nothing. The guy sitting at a desk doing nothing tells me that the one notary in the whole bank is not available and then begin to tell me all the local places I could/ should go to in order to get this service. I said that Id wait and that I have time. Suddenly the busy woman shows up and has a snippy attitude. You know, I get that people get busy and things come up but with all the people sitting around doing nothing, why dont we give everyone this elusive and very strenuous training so they can all be useful. I cant imagine too many people are actually walking into banks these days unless they have to. Dont worry Ill still be back because clearly its annoying to them, and that motivates me more. Good job Chase Didnt you lose 4 billion dollars of customers money a few years ago and cry for a bail out years earlier? Oh yea, you did. Try to up your game because youre clearly on your way there again, theres nothing wrong with making a little effort.
