    2/2024: I really preferred not to hash this out, but it is only fair that I define why I am posting this. I give reviews on actual experiences and outcomes; some are good and some are not. In this particular case, I felt jilted. I provided a full description of the problems I had with my vehicle including any additional information to better assist with the repairs to prevent unnecessary delays, since the vehicle is needed for work. Your shop had my vehicle for 5 days, of that time I had to call to get a few times to get a status on the repairs. After my third call, whereas I was told that the technician has not determined the problem and I would be notified once he did, I was contacted moments later to explain that the issue was a dealer related recall and the repair could not be performed at your shop. When I asked if a Recall Service Bulletin was available for the repair, I was told that it would be provided when I picked up my vehicle. What I found strange was the time it took between your tech not having a specific diagnosis, when I clearly explained the fault codes obtained from an OBD scan, and the few minutes after I hung up on my last status check to receive a call that they could not repair the vehicle. Furthermore, I was told that a Recall Bulletin would be provided to me so I can prove it to the dealer that was simply denying the recall even existed. When I returned to pick up the vehicle and requested the bulletin I was told "We never said we would do that and there was no bulletin because this is only a dealer repair". To top it all off I was charged for the diagnostic fee for you to only find exactly the same codes that I initially provided to you. Not to mention that the other, smaller problems, hadn't even been addressed during the whole time it was in the shop. Yes, I picked up the truck prior to requesting a second time to get the smaller repairs done, but regretfully I had to get the major repair completed and needed the vehicle back ASAP. Incidentally, the vehicle is able to be repaired by a local shop, regretfully there was no recall, we just have to wait for a part to arrive, but it is being handled. I do appreciate your kindness and courtesy, as your shop is very welcoming. I only thought your techs would have been more experienced in these matters in addition to being more honest with their customers. 1/2024: I have reduced my business rating from 5 to 2 due to my last interaction. Without going into detail at this time, I would only hope that A&R will try to make things right going forward. 3/2022: PURE GOLD !!! It is not very common to find an auto repair shop with this caliber of professionalism and customer service. We now know why the team at A&R Alignment & Auto have such an incredible service record, they are simply hands down - AMAZING! Doris & Dennis are two of the most kind & considerate people we have ever had the pleasure of doing business with, they went above and beyond and helped us get our newly purchased work vehicle back on the road when the local dealership turned their back on us and refused to honor their own warranty. So, if your vehicle needs anything from an Alignment to a Z-bar, A&R is where you need to go, you will not be disappointed :)
