The office staff was unhelpful. They say first impressions are important and if his office staff is Dr. Findling's first impression, then maybe I'm glad I was unable to see him as scheduled - even though I've had an appointment on the books for almost three months. The receptionist and the office manager did not care at all about my medical condition/concerns and kept repeating inaccurate information about my medical history.

This doctor & his office is EVERYTHING that is wrong with the health care industry in our country & I would leave ZERO stars if I could! From the 1st visit to the last, this practice was a total disaster! If I did not follow up with the doctors office, I would have been denied for part of my procedure & would have only found out the day of. If I hadn't already waited 2 MONTHS for the double procedure, I would have cancelled everything! The DOCTOR did not call to go over labs. The DOCTOR did not call after a DOUBLE procedure to explain findings. The DOCTOR did not call to explain strategy for my condition or answer any questions. This "DOCTOR" seems to believe it is appropriate to have his OFFICE MANAGER, Marcia, call to go over all I just mentioned above. As per Marcia, she is not an RN, not a nurses assistant, she is an OFFICE MANGER! Mind you, "Marcia", the office manager, does nothing but talk over you, when she should be listening, & her managerial skills, or lack thereof, almost caused me to be denied part of my procedure as I mentioned above & I wouldn't have even known until the day of if I hadn't called a week prior to procedure day. This doctor takes NO pictures when doing scopes of problem areas. & you can forget about getting an answer through the portal. Not ONCE did I get an answer to ANY question. This experience was absolutely unacceptable, inappropriate & unprofessional! NEVER AGAIN & I would STRONGLY advise you to look for another practice if you want an office &/or doctor that takes your health seriously &/or a doctor that doesn't use his office manager to do his job! Total waste of my time.

I have lost all confidence in this office. The doctor was very informative and I liked him but the rest of the experience has been awful. I have to work on the date provided for a double procedure. I had to call a dozen times to get the date changed. Each time, I was told I would receive a call the next day. Never happened. After many calls, I was finally given a date 2 months in the future. Today, I received a confirmation call for the original appt date. Every time I speak to someone, they seem impatient and completely disinterested. God forbid theres a serious issue, this is not the office I want to struggle with. I respect pp even when mistakes are made. As a patient, I deserve the same exact amount of respect.

Dr. Findling is patient, thorough and takes his time. He is very knowledgeable and his staff is wonderful too.

Have been a happy patient of Dr. Findling for nearly 5 years. Dr. Findling has provided excellent personal care, is thoughtful and not rushed and has a caring "bedside" manner.
