Can only speak about the in person experience from the store front. They had a few plants for sale, each labeled with prices. When I went to pay, the woman tried to increase the price from $7 to $10. I thought it was her mistake so I showed her the price labeled on the pot (since some plants were labeled 10 but this variety was $7 as they had a few with the same price) instead of checking she argued that the pot was not for sale and only the plant. When i told her that's false advertisement as there are no signs and that's not a common thing for plants to be sold outside of there pots she sucked her teeth at me. It was not the best experience.

Excellent service, multiple options. Antonio the coordinator is very punctual and flexible, he always takes good care of his clients and at the same time provides first class attention according to need. The coordinator is very friendly, offers high-level workshops for children and is always willing to help and seek solutions for the community. This store and its trades are highly recommended.
