These guys are amazing. They are very efficient and neat. Very important when your in someone else house. Paul, was awesome, right on target and more importantly, he answers his phone should you have any questions when your on site. I recommend this team 100% and that's coming from a person who is also a business owner. Great job County Cooling.

Paul was very thorough in explaining our options. They provided top tier products at a very competitive price. When the heat load calculation came back higher than expected, the additional equipment needed (which increased the work load) was extremely reasonable. The crew was terriffic! They did an excellent, neat job. They were very accommodating in some minor changes. There is a lot of equipment involved, and they did as concise and neat a job laying it out and installing it as I could have asked. The job took about two weeks and they were on time every morning and cleaned up at the end of each day. The heat pump mini splits are a very different experience from the hot water radiators we were using. It's only been a few days, and we're learning how best to use them for our needs. My wife had been concerned that they would not heat the house as effectively as the huge, cast iron radiators. That has not been the case! We have more of an issue overheating. Paul has been a great help guiding us, and I'm sure that our heating struggles on the coldest days are in the past. One final thing- get the optional Wi-Fi control and remote sensors. They are a little pricey, but we have 6 head units running on two condensers over two floors. Being able to check the temperature throughout the house before getting out of bed is much better than having to go room to room with the remotes.

Before hiring Paul and the team at County Cooling I spoke with about half a dozen other contractors. Paul was the most responsive and came up with the best plan for what we were looking for. The price was right and he was aware of the rebate offered through the state where as other contractors were not. With County Cooling you get the best of both worlds the care and attention that you might receive from an independent operator along with the professionalism and legitimacy that a large contractor offers. If you are in Westchester and looking for a heating/cooling contractor for your home, I would highly recommend considering County Cooling!
