        Unfortunately the tech at this location is great. She needs her coworkers to follow through. The older woman with dark hair shouted out my info to confirm - name phone number ins, the whole shibang. Yet they still entered my phone number wrong incorrectly 2x. Your glasses dont come without 5-7 business days, they tell you their on back order (back order for custom lenses, what?) and it takes almost 2 weeks. They need to work out another form of communication with their clients. They take your number down incorrectly and thats that. Up to you to make sure you get what you paid for. Establish new protocols and do better for your clients.

        Can't say enough amazing things about the way they treat their customers. Tina was unbelievably kind, knowledgeable and once she found out what i was doing, was all aboard. She crafted my 98 year old grandmother a custom pair of +5x glasses to help with her macular degeneration. Thanks to her my grandmother can see things at a normal distance and can even recognize faces more easily. This was the greatest present of all. Thank you Tina and Julie for your kindness and for helping make an amazing woman have more quality in her everyday life! -the Longo Family

        To long to tell. $475.00 lenses and 180.00 for the frame. and the glasses so off I cant use them. No resolution. Tina did her best.
