        I ordered 8 heros from them for company I was hosting on the weekend. I was overcharged like CRAZY and they forgot one of my sandwiches . when I called to let them know they forgot one, they said, thats what was on the ticket. no offer to make the sandwich, no resolution. the sandwiches we did get were lacking in taste and freshness. totally not worth the $17 I paid for EACH sandwich.

      Good afternoon. You're correct in that you ordered 8 heros. That is what we prepared and what was given to you. You may have meant to order 9, but did not. When you came to pick the hero's up, the order was read back to you, as 8, and you confirmed, paid for them and additional items, (soda and chips), before you left the store. As for the price, you were not overcharged. Prices have gone up for everything, everywhere, that does not exclude us or what we pay for the quality products we sell. Unfortunately, when you did call back, we were actually closed and at that point were unable to assist you with getting you the hero you may have forgotten to order. We do appreciate everyone's business and hope to see you again.
