The actual imaging was wonderful, but they billed my insurance provider incorrectly and it has been almost a 6 month saga of getting Northwell to submit a corrected claim to my insurance. I would strongly advise you to review all documents and patient responsibilities after your imaging.

This is a new location for the Northwell imaging and Im glad they opened it because its on the other side of me but still close to my house. I used to go to Syosset location a lot, but they get very busy and booked in advance so it is harder to get an appointment there so they gave me an appointment here instead I still out of habit went to the other location like an idiot. And had to drive here for half an hour instead now this location is only like 18 minutes from my home but because I went to the wrong location I had to go to this location instead and took me half an hour. I would say the syosset location people were very helpful to me and they had called this location already and told them that I went to the wrong location and I should be helped so I was still 10 minutes before my appointment but they had told me to show up 45 minutes before the appointment so technically I was latebut these people help me and they were very nice to me and did my MRI

Scheduling was easy, the facility is immaculate, the staff friendly, and I was in and out quickly. The cost for the procedure that was not insurance approved was reasonable. What else can you ask for? Just referred this place to a relative. That speaks for itself.

I was so upset and nervous when I walked in for my urgent cat scan. Front desk people were respectful and friendly. Alyssa ( the technician) took the time to ask why I was upset and then comforted me in such a caring manner. She was a breath of fresh air!!! I got results very quickly!! This is my new imaging center.

No words can describe how amazing this staff is. I've been going here for CT scans since they opened, since then I have requested 2x that my scans be rushed and 2x I have had my results within hours. Amazing. The whole staff is sweet, courteous, understand and helpful. Would recommend them over and over again.
