Had them come out for an estimate on getting two bathrooms redone. Waited over 2 weeks and never got an estimate. Called and was told they would call me back. No message (text, e-mail, or voice). Opted for another company.

Recently we were looking to renovate two bathrooms. We got three estimates and decided to go with Tim Whites Home Improvements. The reason we went with Tim White was because it was a family run business and Tim made us feel like we were part of the family. The first step was going to the showroom to pick out everything we needed to do the bathrooms. Carly Miller, Interior Designer was the person we were very fortunate to be assigned to. Carly was very personable, extremely helpful, and all around a pleasure to work with. The Project Manager Michael Cannavale was also a pleasure to work with. He was very efficient, personable, and any problems that arose he had it fixed immediately. The Electricians, Plumbers, Carpenters, and the Tile men also were very efficient and knowledgeable. They never had a problem answering any questions we had. We highly recommend Tim White for any renovation you may have. Service: Bathtub installation

Late on this review. We redid our downstairs bathroom about a month ago. It was an outstanding experience. I was a painting contractor back in the day, so I know how things can go right, or wrong. The job was managed tightly (thanks Mike) from start to finish. Communication was clear and immediate. The Job was done on time and on budget. The workmanship was top notch. We were left with a stunning and functional bathroom that we are proud to show off. I can recommend Tim White with totall confidence !

Took a while for me to get this review written, work on my home in Massapequa was completed November of 2021. It is a much deserved review and I am sorry it took so long to write it. Job was to add a portico, rip out old stoop and walkway and add enlarged ones, replace all windows and front door, interior trim around windows and door, replace all siding & gutters, add a border course of brick around the driveway, stone veneer added to stoop and sections of the house walls, bluestone on stoop and parts of walkway. After pricing out several contractors last year I decided on Tim White Home Improvements. Price was competitive with others and they responded quickly. During quotation, another contractor had told me they could start work very quickly even though the architect would be required to submit plans to the town for approval and permits. When I informed Tim one of the concerns I had was his later start time Tim flat out told me Nassau county would take at least 3 months for approval and that the other contractor was telling me what I wanted to hear as opposed to reality; NOTE, I did not mention the other contractors name to Tim as that would be unfair. Well, sure enough, after I approved the design plans from the architect it took about 3 months to get the permits. Thanks Tim for being honest. Tim assigned a project manager, Tom, to our project. He was responsive throughout the project duration of approximately 2 months. The dates he provided for each team of tradesmen needed to get the work done was with in a week of actuality. When there were delays they were explained to me in detail. Biggest issue was the long lead time for the Pella windows and that is not the responsibility of the contractor. All sub-contractors used were professional and of excellent quality. The stone work was especially well done. Early in the process I made a decision not to widen the walkway but the manager of the stone laying company contacted me to advise I should widen it. Sure enough the finished product showed they were correct and the additional charge was managed well and was very reasonable. In fact Tom, the project manager, had found some of the job came in a little under the quote and summarily provided a credit. Both my wife and I are happy with the quality of work and the professionalism of this contractor. Service: Remodeling

Added a bathroom. Looked around and got a few estimates. Went with Tim White. I found he was honest; and saw his trucks all around Massapequa. Great decision on my part. Couldn't be happier. Mike was the project manager and walked me through each phase of the construction. They cleaned up each day and left the site immaculate. I would highly recommend Tim White Home Improvements to all my friends and family. Services: Building design, Interior finishing, Exterior finishing, Home addition construction
