A friend of mine hit a hole in one and I used Trophies By Jay to make up a wall plaque to memorialize the moment. Jay was very helpful in the design of it, and the final product came out amazing. I also used them to make up some trophies for a boating event and again, they were very helpful, the trophies came out great, and the price was very reasonable. I highly recommend this store and will use them again. Now I just hope I hit a hole-in-one myself so I can get one made up for me. Fingers crossed.

My boyfriend and I walked in to this business with a broken trophy that the we needed for the following day. Ken was extremely prompt in assisting us in what turned out to be an anomoly of a trophy repair. Ken was extrmeely diligent in working on said trophy and would not allow for us to leave without the trophy being fixed. It was evident that Ken took great pride in his knowledge and ability. Once the trophy had been repaired Ken made it difficult for us to pay him. The reality is that it took a tremendous amount of his time and effort to ensure that our silly trophy was returned repaired. I cannot praise Ken enough, nor can I truly describe the extent of the phenomenal customer service. I recommend this business many times over.
