I had gotten a few estimates for the tree tree trimming at my house. Brian at Empire was By Far , the most professional and lowest ! He came exactly in time for the estimate and exactly on time with his Men last week when he said. He did exactly what I asked , trimmed back the huge branches over my home and cleaned up perfectly. Brian came highly recommended. We've now used him a few times and have been impressed with the quality of work, everything is always cleaned up nicely, he's very easy to work with. Brian couldn't be better! From calling back right away AND following up (who does that these days?) to showing up on schedule, doing all we needed AND even trimming the overgrown hedges back a bit 'just cause they needed it', this guy sets the bar for customer service.
