Hi Ms. Welch. So we went in and pulled the call recordings. Disconnects happen especially with VOIP phones. That was the first call. Then the second call, he did say "ok, and..." but then he quickly corrected himself and apologized afterward (within 5 secs) and asked what he can do for you as he did not catch what your said. At which you responded "no thanks...." and disconnected the call. More than happy to provide the recordings if you would like.I have asked the representative regarding the call, and he mentioned the other owner was in front of him and trying to get his attention as he picked up your call. As to the name, Thomas B Corsitto Inc is our corporation name, which is namesake to the our father who is no longer with us. The representative answered the phone as "Corsitto" There was no confirmation on which representative it was. No Mr. was used by both parties (you or our rep). We are sad to see you go over this misunderstanding, but completely understand you stance on the matter. If we can possibly resolve this, please give us a call at your convenience.
