      image The entire experience was good. The sales person came to do an estimate. The price was reasonable compare with competitors. After a couple day, he followed up and we decided to go with Universe Home and the install team came and a new heater was installed in about 6 hours. They cleaned the area just like the way it was. No extra garbage or mess. The heater works great, so far only been 2 days. Overall experience was great and professional. Thank you.

      image Universe technicians always provide excellent and courteous service. JP was at my home today. We had a pipe burst. He explained what he needed to do and how he would do it. He checked out all the systems to determine if there was further damage done due to the pipe burst. He is an excellent employee. I hope that you reward the quality of his service.
