        Arthur W. and his team at Marcote & Associates have been remarkably effective in collecting on bills that just seemed impossible to collect on. There are times when I have a Bill that I can't collect on, despite following every procedure and avenue correctly. When I have reached the point where I think there is just no way to collect on a bill, I send it on risk-free to Arthur & Team, and they work their magic! I enthusiastically endorse their services, and enthusiastically refer over colleagues and friends with similar collection issues, or just simply need an outstanding biller to replace their own ineffective biller.
