This Dr is the worst!!! His office staff and manager are rude and insulting. I have spent thousands of dollars on dental work. Only to  have it be all replaced and ended up not being able to save anything and now have a partial in. Would not let my dog get treated by this man. I personally know of 16 people who have left the practice because of him. Just because he owns the practice doesn't make him a good dentist

If youre looking for a great dentist, Jeff's your man. He has caught things others have missed and has a wealth of solid information about every issue I've ever had. Also, it should be noted, his office runs like clockwork. I don't think I've ever needed to wait for more than a minute or two before being seen for appointments. Amazing.

Outstanding Brilliant Dentist- Dr Backer has been my dentist for over four years. I have had only superior excellent treatment outcomes. He has performed meticulous, thorough examinations, beautiful natural color matched crowns, complex filling and replacements. Not only is he a seasoned practitioner, his treatment is painless- really not sure how he does it. I have never experienced painless dentistry except in Dr Backer's golden hands. His bedside manner is professional and warm. I have recommended him to my family, friends and colleagues.

My experience at this dental practice has been above and beyond anything I ever expected. My interactions with Dr. Backer and Dr. Marx were phenomenal and done with great skill. Each procedure was explained as much as I needed, the aftercare (including a phone call to check on you) was exceptional. If something did not feel right, they would make it right. Appointment availability was never a problem(including emergency and evening appointments). They keep up with the art equipment and the latest technology. Professional, knowledgeable, accessible and friendly.If you are looking for a dental practice-this is hands down the one.
