Value and pricing were awesome. Product is great. Company it self is not.
When you ask questions the response has a tone to make you feel like you are interrupting their day and it is very brief and short. The people who come to your home have nothing identifying that they are with the company. They did not confirm our appointment as they said they would so we had to wait and call. The installation was quick but they didnt clean the windows after. They were full of fingerprints and smudges. They did not vacuum the mess left behind nor did they wear shoe covers over their shoes so we had 3 people tracking debris and dirt thru the entire house.
Not thrilled with this company to say the least. Start to finish it wasnt a pleasant experience

I responded to the owner with the info requested and also let him/her know we have gaps in the windows that need to be fixed and as of today we have heard nothing. I am sure there will be an excuse as that seems to be the norm with this company.
Very upsetting given the fact that you pay thousands of dollars and things are not made right I also ask if they paid for something and it wasnt right would they not want things corrected? Very bad business conduct.

So Windows have been in for 2 years. Let me say they are HORRIBLE. We have to spend money to have the issues fix and there are many. a set of windows have been installed uneven. We thought the house was settling, but it is the window and the frame. some of the flashing around the window is coming off, there are hair line cracks all around several of the casings, one window is installed with a major gap so we have to put plastic up during the winter because of the gust of wind coming through. This company, the crew and the staff... TOTAL JOKE.... Stay away Service: Window installation

I ordered 18 double pane vinyl windows through WTCD. It took longer than I expected by 8 weeks but the quality and pricing were worth the wait. The two installers ( M & J) did a very good job with the install and the clean up. This was on an old 1880s two story farmhouse after we got 2 of snow. Kudos to those guys! Elaine was courteous and kept me updated. Thank you WT. Service: Vinyl window installation & replacement
