We had a water leak in our attic that ended up collapsing the ceiling below. KPM was great to work with. They showed up quickly and their team of guys, James, Jason, Dave and Marty were able to get the damage removed and the space dried within a couple days. Very professional. My experience with KPM Restoration Schenectady was very positive due to the great crew members Marty and Liam. They are very knowledgeable, great at communicating what was going on in the drying process and just really friendly and kind. I always felt very comfortable with them in my home. They are patient and always answered my numerous questions thoroughly. They are both just really nice people and it was a pleasure to have them help me through this part of the water damage process.
