The Hodorowski Homes has been a pleasure to work with, especially in light of the many challenges of the COVID pandemic. The sales process for our new home began with Kim Mesko, who was thorough, informative and helpful. In addition to Kim, Erin guided us professionally through the selection process. She was very helpful when some of our selections became unavailable and guided us to replacements of equal value that more than met our needs. Pep, our site supervisor, was helpful, diligent and responsive. He caught several issues during the construction process that prevented a great deal of problems. Both he and Emil replaced a water heater sensor that failed several months after occupying the home and offered advice for further use. Our six-month complimentary service visit was very well coordinated by Jennifer, who kept us informed at every step of the process. She was professional, well organized, patient and courteous. On-site work was performed by Brian and Larry. They pointed out and repaired items that we had not noticed and were extremely helpful. Special notice goes to Larry, who was a pleasure to work with over the course of several visits. We have been in our new home for a year now and are very pleased with the quality of construction, materials used, and value for the money. Was the house perfect? No, it wasn't. No new home will be perfect even if you build it yourself. Many other builders suspended construction because of COVID. We commend Hodorowski Homes for continuing to build during these challenging times, and for following up with quality service. Service: Home building

This developer does not know how to manage water runoff.

1. We have moved into the above property on October 6th. 2. The boards have surface peeling at the edges 3. we made the complaint to the Howdroski who built this home, who asked us to communicate with the installer 4. the installer along with the flooring supplier made 3 inspections, counted the damage on boards 150 boards are impacted was informed by the installer 5. this was not accepted by the manufacturer we were told after already 4 inspections 6. 2 weeks back All flooring inspections third party was sent to do the inspection again 7. This gentleman who came in clearly said to us I am not here to count the floorboards damaged and didn't want me to move any furniture 8. He claims in his report only 17 boards are impacted- which is an utter lie, 9. he has taken limited photographs and not inspected all areas and made this report as if he is paid to count a false number, his report highlight only the tape marked areas we left and does not cover all the areas which he was ready to inspect or allow me to move the furniture 11. we have lived through the Christmas time with these tapes all over the house 15. Matt Adam from David Louis flooring is the installer he has been to the house to do the inspections four times. The service across is poor and bad.
