I was very impressed with this company from start to finish. I had a generator installed, the company was professional and ensured the customer was satisfied throughout their service. The workers were honest and provided efficient and quality care not only of the product but also with their customer service. The 1st time and 2nd time using this company i was not pleased. i was unaware of the cost of material and national grid had me against the wall so i had to pay the electricians bill in order to have service. Almost a year later Spectrum and National Grid almost burnt my house down and the two companies blamed the Electrical company. My 3rd experience was great and id use them again. the classy lady in the office is very pleasant and the tech they sent was top notch and honest. Arket Electric Inc. Worked with Ethan. Two of our kitchen outlets lost power. He did a great job locating the issue and fixing it promptly which is not easy with my old house from the 50s.
