I had the pleasure of working with Upstate Property Service (Josh) on multiple projects, and I couldn't be more thrilled with the results. I have posted this same review on other sites after having Josh come do some work for us. My fiance and I just bought a home in Glenville in December and we had Josh come the week of June 8th to replace an old worn out wood fence and a chain link fence with a new wooden dog ear roughly 6ft fence. He was recommended to us by my fiances mother who had him do some work in her backyard, including her fence. He was very responsive over email, text, and phone calls and willing to work with us on timing. He quoted us just over half the price that Lowes did. He did great work, the fence looks solid, straight, and exactly as we wanted. What more can you ask for? I highly recommend him.
