        I love the one in Saratoga and I had high hopes for this one. Seeing as its just opened I was giving it a few more tries before reviewing. The lattes are not good. Im not sure why but they taste like something is missing. When I order a specialty latte I am expecting a drink on the sweeter side. These are not sweet enough and this is coming from someone who doesnt get sweet drinks a lot only every once in a while. I don't know for almost 7 dollars Im expecting a better flavor. I hope as time goes on the constructive feedback will change something bc I want to support them!

      Erin, thanks for the feedback. We have the exact same recipes as we have, we use the same syrups we've always used. Maybe the only thing that's changed is that I'm requiring my staff to follow the recipes. We were very inconsistent and wasteful in Saratoga. I think communicating with us while you order how you would prefer your drink is an appropriate solution. Depending on the Specialty Latte you choose, there are a minimum of 3 flavors..and as many as 5 or 6. I am literally here everyday, I would love to offer you a free drink on me and learn more about the different experiences you had at the old location and how to best meet your needs, if you're up to it.
