My ice caramel latte tasted like black coffee, workers also didnt inform me that they ran out of an item I was ordering.

i went there on a friday around 10am and there was NO DONUTS!!!!!!! how can you be called dunkin donuts and not have any donuts at 10 in the morning!!? the coffee is always very watery and makes me feel sick. the manager is related to all her employees and when you say something to them its like they take you as a joke and not a paying customer. if i could give zero stars i would. terrible service and the store is kind of dirty when you look at it for a second. also they stop serving food around 3 most days which is when i take my break from work. i now drive out of my way to get quality drinks and food that are worth my money and 10x better service.

I'm giving an overall of 3 stars due to being asked to pay $1.00 for a donut I never received.
