        My wife went in to have her new tires checked because they were losing air especially the rear passenger side tire. Wilfredo Baez took care of my wife when others that came in after her were being taken care of. He saw what was going on and helped my wife get her car in and taken care of me. My wife did have an 9:30 a. appointment. Thanks to him she finally got her car taken in a little after 10a. Great customer service on his part. As far as my tire it's still losing air. They told my wife it's because of the cold weather but why only one tire. She bought 4 new tires when she went in at the end of October and the service rep told her she need new tires due to dry rot. 4 new tires later snd her tire still is losing air. Wilfredo was awesome. Very pleasant. My wife was very thankful for his help. Services: Air & cabin filter replacement, General repairs & maintenance, Tire rotations, Vehicle Inspection, Wheel alignment, Auto emissions testing, Wiper blade installation, Oil change
