Just awful. Fix the pot holes. There is a crater in the front driveway since November. If you hit it your going to get a flat. Wake up management. You drive by the pot hole every day. Hello !!!!!!!

A little pricey but the new maintenance team has been great. I put in a request on the tenant portal abd they responded literally 5 minutes later. Barely talk to the new property manager, but have t had any issues so far

The people who work in the rental Office are just horrendous. Jennifer the property manager is like a old Crow who flys around and does nothing. Beware of her and renting here. Terrible place.

Roco the previous property management neglected the property from 2017 until last year February 2023 when the new company, Lexington property group bought out the property. Since then, they have had multiple property, managers, come and go. Right now the current property manager is the property manager back from the days of Solomon, who were the original owners/property management. Shes getting up to speed with everything thats going on. However, I believe for 1845 a month for the three bedroom that they are providing, it should at least include some utilities. That is way too much for a three bedroom and it is not market rent. It is called scamming people . I moved here in 2014 seeking a peaceful life, and since then constantly neighbors, harassing my mother, putting trash in my doorway, smoking and drinking, making constant threats against my family and my life. I have reported the issues to property management multiple times, and the Niskayuna police department. Neither want to take my complaint seriously and finally after I reached out to the state Attorney general office, the Niskayuna police department, allowed me to file charges against my neighbor who kept harassing me. In my personal opinion, the new company is really trying their best, and they have been on top of all the maintenance issues, and they took care of the landscaping last summer, because it was constantly overgrown and neglected for almost 6 years by the previous property Management Who never cut down old trees that were overgrown and couldve fallen on the buildings. The previous company Rocco had a maintenance man by the name of James Trotter, who was going around threatening my family and other families with evictions all because we asked him to replace broken appliances and items such as our hot water heater that finally broke last March 2023 after reaching the end of its lifespan, and not providing hot water anymore for my apartment unit. The new company that came was able to replace it and they did replace my bathroom toilet which was constantly overflowing and not properly flushing waste down the line. In a period of 10 years, this property has switched management 3 to 4 times now. Its like a constant game of coming and making money screwing innocent tenants and what bothers me more is that the other tenants are not speaking up and Im the only one complaining. If you people want your rent to go down and the property to look good, speak up. Im leaving this long review because I am fed up and tired. The previous review from 2019 was back when we had a property manager by the name of Jennifer, who was very respectful and kind to everybody and treated everyone with dignity and respect. She died of cancer recently, and was an excellent human being and great Property manager. She treated everybody, including the maintenance team back then with respect and never discriminated against anyone. She left along with the leasing agent in August 2020 because Rocco threatened to Cut her salary and the salary of the leasing agent who was also doing a great job with Jennifer. I hope the new property management can get rid of the problematic neighbors and have a little bit of empathy/sympathy for people like my family who have been living here for a long time. Finally, after all the complaints against James the maintenance man who was making threats of eviction to my family, and other families, was fired last summer of 2023 by the new property management. After making multiple threats towards other tenants about evicting them when he is not the property manager or upper management. You will see pictures of the dumpsters, overflowing trash and near my doorway, constant destruction vandalism by the neighbors who live in my building to my building and the property. I have already reported all of this to the property management and they constantly keep telling me they are on top of it but nothing done yet. The mold on my tub was corrected and fixed back in October 2023 after when a section 8 inspector came down and found it in violation of building code.

they DO NOT return calls, emails, website emails, impossible to get a hold of anyone on the phone. new mngt took over around Jan 2023 (lexington apts or regal) its Aug 2023 now still trying to get my issues resolved to no avail
