        I had my tour,my inquiries were to see a studio,but instead I was shown a small little basement apt that seemed even too small for my little pup,& also they are not dog friendly.The apt was outdated and a visible water pipe can visually be seen running through walls.So I'm 100 % person sure that beasement was poorly renovated and tackily forced into a bedroom..it was terrible looking

        Went for a tour literally 10 minutes ago and let me tell you nothing at all like it is online the floors are messed up and dirty the walls too and the kitchen and bedrooms are 10x smaller then it says it is the sinks were dirty as hell I couldnt believe it and the toilet they had looks like its one from a warehouse absolutely disgusting

        If you enjoy living in the 1970s, this apartment building is for you. I was told when I moved in that new cabinets and appliances would be installed..Im mostly through my lease and that has yet to happen. Power goes out often if you have to run an air conditioner. You have to take the smoke detector off to cook because the oven is dirty and outdated no matter how hard you clean it. It also smells like gas that I have addressed before with no help. Neighbors are okay. Rent is overpriced for being offered a bare-bones apartment. Definitely will be looking for someplace else.
