    A friend of mine referred me to Burns,I had an ol'school Caprice that needed some work,that my usual mechanic wouldn't do,due to it being specialized work,I brought it there,Brian was professional,the price was reasonable and he double checked,to make sure things were complete.Brian is old school,he believes in doing things,the only way they should be done...correctly!I will be getting another Caprice,that I want the DOD remove,as well as a stage 2 cam installed,and I couldn't think of a better place to bring it to,than Burns...thanks Brian!

    I have been a customer for over 25 years. During my last appointment for an oil change I parked in front of the bay, not realizing I was blocking a car already in the bay. Brian came out & started screaming at me to move. The oil was done and when I went to pay Brian , still visibly upset, said no charge and dont come back. My response was thats some way to treat a customer of 25 years.I have often thought why that happened and the conclusion I reached was during the height of Covid , Brian nor his employees were wearing masks. After leaving I called the shop and politely asked if masks could be worn. I truly believe that Brian was anti mask and did not appreciate my call. Im 76 years old & thought that was a reasonable request.

Mr. Brody, WOW, is my first thought. You had an oil change appointment, yes. You pulled in between two cars in front of a bay door in an empty lot? I asked you to move so the other customer could get in their car. You expressed at checkout you didn't like the way I spoke to you and you didn't appreciate it. I apologized without explanation that I thought you were going to come through the shop the way you pulled in. I respect and appreciate the years of business from you and Mrs Brodie. Funny you mention the MASK! ,during COVID we took all precautions cleaning cars before and after we drove them. Sanitizing waiting area's,I wore a mask when in the office with customers not when we didn't have customers waiting. Some of our customers chose to drop off and pick up with phone payments. What actually happened after your oil change , after my apology and gifting you the oil change we learned that you Mr Brodie reported our shop to the health dept. They investigated and found I was in compliance.Then sometime later you requested service from Burns Auto I which point I simply stated I did not wish to service your vehicle. This is America and I as you have the right to chose. I chose not to service vehicles of people that try to shut me down during covid. God bless and Thank you for the years of business we did have.
