My appointment was scheduled for 1:30 pm. I even had multiple texts from the office to prove it. I got there on time. As I was arriving, firefighters were outside and the whole building was being evacuated. Once they allowed people back into the building, I went up to see the doctor for my scheduled appointment. The staff was extremely rude to me and other people in the office. I was actually only 20 minutes late and that was due to the literal fire emergency in the building and being barred from entering.
The office smelled horrible and the staff and DR were extremely rude. Going to the OBGYN can already be a difficult experience for some women, and the last thing you want is unwelcoming staff and a decrepit office that looks like it hasnt been cleaned in a year. I happily left and didnt look back.
I dont think Ive ever written a bad review like this, and Im pretty positive and understanding when faced with these types of situations. But trust me, go elsewhere- there are so many great doctors out there and she is not one of them. 0/5
